This Privacy Policy explains how the LSM Facilities Reservation Portal collects, uses, and protects your information. By using this portal, you agree to the practices described below.
1. What we collect
When you sign in with your official @lsm.edu.ph Google account, we collect:
- Your full name and LSM email address
- Reservation details you provide, such as facility, date, time, grade/section, subject, and activity
- Recurring schedule information, if you choose to create one
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Display facility availability and manage reservations
- Send confirmation and reminder emails about your bookings
- Allow authorized school administrators to oversee facility usage
3. Who can access your data
Access is restricted to:
- You, the teacher who created the reservation
- Authorized LSM faculty and administrators managing the portal
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely in Firebase services (Google Cloud) and is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. Only authenticated users with valid @lsm.edu.ph accounts can read or create reservation data.
5. Your rights
If you would like to update or delete your reservation data, please contact the LSM ICT / Facilities Office or an authorized portal administrator.
