These Terms of Use describe the rules for accessing and using the LSM Facilities Reservation Portal. By signing in or using this portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized users only
This portal is intended for faculty and staff of Lourdes School of Mandaluyong (LSM). You must sign in using your official @lsm.edu.ph Google account. Accounts outside this domain are not allowed and will be automatically signed out.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the portal responsibly. This means:
- Only reserve facilities that you actually need and can use
- Do not create false, duplicate, or misleading reservations
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data
- Do not use the portal for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive to school operations
3. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and may be reviewed or managed by authorized school administrators. The portal helps coordinate facility use, but LSM reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings when necessary.
4. Account access
Administrators may suspend or restrict access to the portal for misuse or violation of these terms. Access to the Admin Portal is limited to authorized personnel only.
5. Changes to the portal
LSM may update these Terms of Use and the portal features at any time. Continued use of the portal after updates means you accept the revised terms.
